Do we deliver across India?

Yes we do. We deliver to most cities and towns across India. Even if you're in a tiny place, we want to make sure you can enjoy our products. If you do place an order on our site and your pincode is not servicable by our courier partners, someone from our team will get in touch with you and try to find a service that works.

How long will my order take to deliver?

In-stock orders will be processed and shipped within two business days (Monday – Saturday).

Will take 3-4 days to deliver orders within South India and 5-7 days for most other places. For smaller towns, it does sometimes take upto 10 days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders above Rs 299/- For all orders below that amount a nominal shipping fee of ₹100/- is charged. Within the India.

For international orders or expedited shipping options, additional charges may apply..

Large sized items that must ship as freight such as cribs, nursing pillows, teepees/tents, loungers etc may have a separate delivery fee.

Is it possible to pay for my order with cash on delivery (COD)?

Is COD available ?

Yes, we offer cash on delivery (COD) as a payment option for eligible orders. To pay with COD, please select the COD option at checkout and complete the order process as usual.

Please note that COD is only available for orders within a certain value limit and may not be available for all locations. If COD is not available for your order, you will need to choose a different payment method at checkout.

How do I track my shipment?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation through SMS/ Whatsapp/ email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your order on our website.

Is it possible to modify or cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel an order before it's dispatched.The time window for cancellation varies by category.Please read Refund policy in our website
