Refund policy
Cancellation before shipping:
- If you want to cancel an order that has not been shipped, you can cancel the order online through Whatsapp +916282127669 Best done within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Unshipped prepaid orders will be refunded within 4-5 business days from the date the credit note request is processed.
Cancellation after shipping:
- If you want to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, you can cancel the order online through Whatsapp +916282127669
- Refunds will be issued for the price of the product only, shipping fees are not refunded. Once the order reaches us, we shall initiate the refund within 3-5 business days
- The refunded amount may show in your account within 3-5 business days from the date of processing.
International orders:
- International orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. If cancelled before shipping, refund will be done post deduction of applicable banking charges.
REFUND after receipt of product:
- Refunds will be initiated after the returned product passes quality checks at our warehouse. For pre-paid order, the amount will be credited to the to the source account.For Cash on Delivery orders, you will receive a refund link over your registered email/contact number, which can be filled from your end for faster refund.
- The refunded amount may reflect in your account in 3-5 business days from the date of processing the same
- In case if returns, the paid amount will be refunded excluding the delivery fee
For International Orders:
- We do not offer Goods exchanges or Returns on orders shipped internationally. In the unlikely event that any Goods you have received are in a damaged condition or defective, please reach out to us at info@melmio.com within 48 hours of receiving the order. Our representative will guide you on this matter.
- For any return/ replacement, customer will have to bear the shipping cost.
- Refund: In case if returns, the paid amount will be refunded excluding the delivery fee
